Details:

We have well established and modern infrastructure which assist us to manufacture and supply of Bauxite.

Bauxite is a mixture of the minerals gibbsite (Al2O3 - 3H2O) boehmite (alpha monohydrate, Al2O3 H2O) and Diaspora (beta monohydrate, Al2O3 H2O). It is a unique mineral in the sense that, by and large, this is the only mineral from which aluminum is extracted economically. Beside aluminum its other important uses are in the manufacture of refractories, abrasive and chemicals. Low-grade bauxite finds use in cement industry. Among minor uses mention may be made of its use as a fluxing material in steel melting shop and in ferro-alloy industries in place of fluorspar and as absorbent in the refining of kerosene.

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has prescribed the following specification of bauxite for metallurgical uses.

FAQs of Non Calcined Bauxite:

Q: How is Non Calcined Bauxite with 45%50% Al2O3 used in refractory applications?

A: This grade of bauxite is utilized in the production of refractory bricks and castables, providing excellent resistance to high temperatures and chemical wear due to its alumina content and balanced proportions of other oxides.

Q: What are the primary benefits of using this type of bauxite in cement manufacturing?

A: The rich alumina composition and stable bulk density enhance the strength and durability of cement, making it ideal for producing high-quality construction materials.

Q: Where can this Non Calcined Bauxite be sourced from?

A: As an established exporter, manufacturer, supplier, and trader, we offer this bauxite material throughout India and export to global markets, ensuring consistent availability and timely supply.

Q: When should customers choose lump versus powder form of Non Calcined Bauxite?

A: Lump form is typically preferred for refractory or ferroalloy applications requiring gradual melting, while powder is suited for cement and processes requiring fast mixing and uniformity.

Q: What is the processing method for preparing this Non Calcined Bauxite for industrial use?

A: After mining, the bauxite is crushed and screened to desired size ranges (0150 mm) and is then packed based on customer specifications, either in loose, bulk, or 50 kg bags.

Q: How does the iron and silica content affect the usage of this bauxite?

A: The controlled Fe2O3 (12%15%) and SiO2 (3%5%) levels ensure the bauxite is suitable for high-temperature industrial processes, reducing the risk of unwanted reactions or impurities in finished products.

Q: What are the advantages of sourcing bauxite from you as a supplier?

A: Clients benefit from our strict quality control, diverse packaging options, competitive pricing, and efficient logistics network that guarantees reliable delivery of materials tailored to your specific industrial needs.
